BASIC SHIPPING POLICY
For domestic orders within the United States, please allow 3-5 days to arrive. All domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground which includes tracking. Overnight shipping is available.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
For international orders, please allow 10-15 days to arrive + additional time might be needed according to customs processing. We also offer an Express International option, which takes 3-5 business days.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and not Flora & Lane. Please make sure you are aware of the fees that may apply in your country. If you are unsure if your country charges import duties and taxes, you should contact your local customs office for more information.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages once they have left our studio. If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please get in touch with the shipping company directly.
Standard Sizing
We offer standard sizes for all of our dresses. Please refer to the FAL Size Chart for the measurements for our standard sizes.
How do I go about taking measurements?
You can take the measurements at home with some assistance from a friend/family member or at your nearest tailor/seamstress, whichever is most convenient for you.
Measurements
• Bust: Measure across the fullest part of your bust.
• Waist: Measure the slimmest part of your waist (above your navel but below your ribcage).
• Hips: Measure the fullest part of your hip area.
• Hollow to Hem: Measure from the center of the collarbone to the floor.
• Heel Height: Give an approximate height of the heels that you plan on wearing.
Alterations
Small variations in all wedding gowns are to be expected, custom tailoring is necessary for all quality garments to achieve the best possible fit. It is recommended that you plan accordingly with a local tailor experienced in bridal alterations for any potential alterations on your dress.
Due to the nature of our made-to-order process, all gowns are FINAL SALE. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless in the event of a genuine manufacturing fault. Here at Flora & Lane, we require that all dresses go through our three stages of professional + extensive quality control.
